Ansolute shambles! No where to park . Booked online for 11am today. Gave me option of courtesy car. Arrived on time. Was treated so rudely. No car available no booking as they dont take mot online bookings.... they did! Dont have set times for mot.s but online let me book it! Told me one mot bay down 6 cars waiting... Suddenly magiced courtesy car then told me i had to insure it. Had no detais with me..this should have been told to me before arrival. Woman in office rabbiting on about the fact on about they dont book mot.s online so i told her to check the website! The way rafi spoke to.me was disgraceful. Bigheaded big egos loved elio but place aint the same. They can stuff the mot i wont be giving them my business! Disorganised chaos. Either sell cars or repair them dont do both!
