I purchased my third car from Eco Citi over a year ago. As Eco Citi have always maintained my cars, I rang them today as my sun roof would not close. Within 1 hour, Zia was at my house having made a 22 mile journey from Conisborough, to repair the sun roof. It took him no time to repair it and did not even charge me for the the job. The customer service I always receive from Eco Citi surpasses all expectations. I would highly recommend Eco Citi as they are transparent, fair, honest, genuiine and extremely reliable.

i found the motor and was as described. The only thing I could have found fault was that the car had just been brought onto the lot and was in need of a clean. Saying that, it did show the 'true' vehicle. I did find the owner a very likeable chap and I did feel that I got honest answers to my questions.
We were made to feel welcome and the service we received was excellent.
Transparency and very easy to communicate with and a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk into Eco City in Doncaster. This makes you relax and feel you can trust them and it makes me recommend them to family and friends
