Be cautious

I got a peugot partner van from jason at Edinburgh motors and the clutch went after 19 days and only doing 600miles. He told me that because of the nature of the fault there was no warranty that would cover it, which i wasnt pleased about but i followed all procedures following the consumers right act and got the van returned nearly 2month later after he refused to pay for the clutch several times. When i returned the vehicle he said that he would send away the v5 so he could swap his details back over obviously, which he hasnt done as ive had a letter from the dvla saying am due road tax as am still the legal owner of the van. Ive asked whats going through whatsapp but he hasnt replied. Jason is very well mannered and spoken but unfortunately wasnt to great to deal with.
