Total rip off
Talk about being ripped off A 6 month old Citreon Berlingo van with 11k miles on the clock goes into limp mode making the van un-driveable. We book the van in for a check as to why this has happened and are charge of just under £100 for the diagnostic check. The answer was this van needs a service. The schedule says 25k or 2 years which ever comes first???? So we can use the van for work purposes we have no alternative but to service the van prematurely and pay a grand total of £378. How can a almost new van throw itself into limp mode making it useless until we get them to look at it and then for them to say its needs a service otherwise the van wont work properly again with 11k on the speedo. We will not return nor will we buy any vans from this company in the future. Even after complaining they do nothing about the situation. What is a warranty for at the end of the day when it doesn't actually cover this??
