Great value, honest and friendly
I bought my car in September 2016 and have waited until now (May 2017) to leave a review, incase anything went wrong after purchase and to make sure my review is accurate. I can say though, this car was definitely a bargain, and the service we received was super helpful. We got a really good price for the mileage, though the car had some cosmetic defects (which were not hidden, by the way) - i.e. the alloys were damaged, and there was some wear on the rear seats due to a baby seat. This wasn't something that bothered us, though. There were a few none-cosmetic problems, though these were rectified, or we were advised. The bonnet lock had frozen and was replaced with a new one, for which we were given the key. The cigarette lighter plug was not working and we were informed of this beforehand and assured it was only a fuse replacement that was required. We were happy with this, and on replacing the fuse, the cigarette lighter worked as promised. There was a clip missing from a compartment lid and we were advised on how to replace this. I think the garage would have fixed these issues themselves in the coming week but we were eager to drive the car away that day. Anyway, the car has suffered from no problems since we bought it, and that's included during the winter (which quite often brings up problems due to cold and damp). It's been a great runner and we're super happy with our purchase. Everyone in the garage was helpful, and really friendly. They even gave us a lift to the local pub to kill some time while the lock was fixed, and then picked us up later. Highly recommend Evoque Motors.
