Disgraceful

FR Motors sold me a car with six month warranty and full MOT. Went to my garage for full service as a precaution to be told all brakes, discs and pads needed replacing. This salesman man called himself Adam but also one I spoke to called himself Harry. The mobile number was 07383516249. In December, the engine blew and I contacted 'Adam' who was driving to an airport for his holiday. I contacted another person there who called himself Harry and said he was fed up with Adam as he was doing this sort of thing all the time and he had left the company. They seemed to be together at the time I bought the car. Later this so called Adam became uncontactable but 'Harry' said 'not you again' He said that he was James Croft Motors which comes up with Quattro Motors, FR Motors, Hudson Automotive, coming up as Smiths Motor Group, Bodykitzuk (1936). I sent a registered letter and received a response from Xclusive Customz Ltd which wrote that they sublet to several others. funny, that as cars for sale and a car with a body kit were in the same place. My advice is to stay as far away as possible from these people as they appear to hide under several different companies so as to be difficult to access should anything go wrong. If possible I would have given no stars to this/these companies but could not write a review without giving one.
