Very disappointing service

At first Faris Motors appeared very clean and professional, but it was too good to be true. Firstly the full Audi service history advertised on paper and in person covered only 2 services (in ten years). Please check paperwork before you buy! Next I had a series of minor issues with the car. They declared that the 82 point RAC inspection had been carried out and a signed declaration sheet was given. However my four issues would all have been picked up, had the checks listed been done. In dealing with the problems the garage politely lied continuously for over a month and to this day have not fulfilled the solution they suggested themselves. This is even after the RAC stepped in. Please buy warily!
