Bought a truck in March last year. Was delivered and when arrived the control panel was hanging off The Cruise control did not work and off side CV gaiter was split leaking oil. Rejected as not fit for purpose. As i had paid upfront and against my better judgement agreed to give dealer a chance to sort it. 3 weeks later it developed an oil leak that required a garage repair. Then brakes failed again Garage diagnosed Vac Pump failure. This was the last straw. Fenlake collected the truck eventually. Contacted Fenlake advising i reject this and demanded a full refund. This was was ignored.After 4 letters sent following advise from Trading Standards they agreed to refund. many phone calls emails and letters followed and i was frustrated as they only paid money back in small amounts. I was without a vehicle for 6 months and A Year later i am still owed a couple of hundred pounds. I would NEVER deal with this dealer as many promises to repay were broken. Totally untrustworthy and unreliable. AVOID FENLAKE CARE SALES. If you deal with this dealer do so at your own risk.
