DON'T USE THIS DEALER
(Sales Person: Matt Hooton - Palmers Hemel Hempstead). Drove hundreds of miles to collect a car on 8th November 2019 (low miles ex-demo Abarth). Guaranteed as perfect, it had a damaged wheel, a tracking issue and no spare key (advised it would be sent in the post). Agreed to rectify the problems at my own cost and in my own time due to distance away from the dealer then submit the invoices for a refund. All communications went unanswered for weeks and had to resort to calling Abarth Customer Services. Finally got a refund after finally getting through to the Sales Manager, but still no key even though it has been promised many times. Received a call from Palmers saying they had ordered in a key but I will have to drive back to have it coded to the car. This contradicts the salespersons assurance that the key was available but at another site. I agreed to receive the in the post and take it to a local dealer for coding, but I still have not received anything some 7+ working days later. As a result, I'm still talking to Customer Services to resolve the situation. Very poor service, will never use this dealer again.
