Disgraceful

I would like to leave -5 stars if it allow me I brought the fan from these guys Justin (self called manager ) sold the van with 3 months warranty when I was driving the van home engine management light come up and I called straight back say bring back to us 30 miles from where I was and say leave it with us and I was needed the van urgent . I brought the van back to the garage few days after and told them there is a issue with first gear and few others and left the van with them for few days and the I collect the van on the way home the light come back again and called back again and they told me you have book in as the garage is fully booked I called in and booked after 3 weeks and they sort one issue and clear the light but gear issue was still there and I’ve told them gear issue is still there and Justin started to being rude say nothing can be done on the gear as they can’t see the fault I own the garage and myself and other mechanic checked there is deffo a issue with first gear and they did not want to fix . So I drove the van back and again the light come on in 5 miles and called back again same answer you have to come back and leave with them etc so no I came 82 miles up and down 4 times from the van and catch the train back few times and after 4th time these saying you have to collect your van it’s run out of the warranty and denies to the repair on the gear and I’ve asked them to drop of to me as the fault keep coming back and they say it’s your van you have to collect it we not dropping it off and being so much rude . There is Richard the nice guy and this Justin bad man actor on this place so . Avoid on any cost
