Not happy 7 hours of wasted driving.

Bought Mercedes c250 coupe from Fleet Sales. Collected it as arranged sat 12October 2019. So after the hon when i viewed car I noticed it hadn't been washed very well mucky streaks all around. But that wasn't the worst the car had more scratches dints and stone chips than an average 10 year old car. This is just 3 years old. It wasn't acceptable condition for a car in this price range £18.399 I then started car and engine sounded really tappy I revved car it was misfiring. When in to office to tell them what I though and all they could say is it needs a good machine polish to get all scratches out and dent master to remove dents. My response was this should have already been done before collection. Response we will give you a refund and £50 towards fuel. Now it cost me £70 in fuel 7 hours of driving I had got insurance on car so had to cancel policy £50 charge. Also brought friend to drive my old car home paid £45 to put him on my insurance for the day. . For what thanks for fleet sales. But £50 doesn't even remotely make up for the presentation you left an executive car to a customer.appalung .
