Although it took some time I’d like to say some personal thank you’d to the staff at trust Ford Gillingham. Firstly to Matt the service advisor for his professional manner and understanding and kindness in the way he dealt with my calls. I was anxious about getting my car back and being rid of a problematical courtesy car from another source. He was very patient and polite. Thank you Matt. Also Emma on customer service desk. Lovely girl and very kind and helpful to me. Lastly to Rick the assistant manager. Top bloke with fantastic people skills. Knows how to talk to and treat customers. What can I say he’s on the level and says and does the right things. Got on the good side of my dad lol who’s old school. Really nice guy is Rick. Thanks Rick you made me feel so much better. Very happy with the repair. Car looks brand new. Given back to me in clean perfect condition. Great service from trust Ford I’m very grateful Best regards Carol Vw move up collected 10/5/21
