BAD ATTITUDE

Called Furness Rigby the night before to book viewing on a car the next morning. Then the next morning was told they now have someone els coming to view and would have to wait to see the out come of that. The guy on the phone has zero people skill really bad attitude. I run a business with over 10 staff and if one of my employees spoke to a potential customer the way he did he’d be sacked on the spot..... don’t waste your time on these as they don’t care about wasting yours!!!!!!!
