Paid GCS Car Sales in full and gave notice of collection as I was travelling 400 miles round trip. Got there car hadn't been touched, dirty inside and out. Valeted whilst I waited 45 minutes. Then they cant do the tax.....so I had to and they let me take the car untaxed on the road!! Then I realise I am driving on reserve fuel…… so filled her up. Arrived home, there was no Vehicle Owners manual so I called - they posted that and guess what - I am expected to pay for postage £17 if I want it from the post office - But it doesn't stop there. The amber engine light comes on with a so I phone and of course no one is available - so I email a prewritten Consumer Rights letter to revoke my 30 day fit for purpose and to fix the car or refund me - I then get a call Idris tells me that "I am an angry man" and said phone Mercedes road side assistance because the car was under 3 years old and under warranty. Great sales from Sam but after sales is the worse I have ever come across . Painful to deal with and will never again. GCS Car Sales do not care once they have sold the car imo.
