Great Service as Usual

Purchased a new Subaru Outback in Aug 2016 from Geoff Cox Cars..........was introduced to the entire team at the time from Sean dealer principle and Sam on sales, Sharon on reception and Geoff Cox himself. The purchase was conducted in an excellent straightforward style...my every whim was attended to. At the time it harked back to the days when the customer was important to the business, it was clear that this well established family business did indeed value customer relationships. I recently had my car checked out by the service dept........i was introduced to the technician Alex who explained in full what was done to the car and his attention to detail , together with reassurance that the problem was sorted. My car was fully valeted inside and out..........Wish I would have dealt with this dealer years ago. Thank you.
