My son has a 67 plate Corsa he brought from go Vauxhall Wimbledon he has had just over a year he was out the other night when the engine management light came on and it went in to limp mode he called the rac who cleared so he could drive home on his way home he got a text from the on board on star telling him he has a fault and should go to a Vauxhall main dealership he took it back to go Vauxhall Wimbledon on Friday the 2nd Of November when he went to pick it up they told him there was a charge of £69 as they couldn’t find anything he wouldn’t have taken it in if he hadn’t got the text from the onstar which is there system to detect problems which is useless by the sound of it saying there’s problems when there’s not so when I talked to someone from the service department the person I spoke to shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near customers as was very condescending towards me I would urge anyone that’s reads this to stay well away from this dealership I will be telling everyone I know to as well
