Bought my son’s 1st car with money I had saved for him since he was born. Had various issues with it since we’d bought it and spent a fair amount of money on it. Trying to sell it only to be told it is a CAT U vehicle, so massively devalued. Called to question this and just got yelled at that we should have checked, which we did and it didn’t show up and they didn’t tell us! Shame on you dishonest people!

Lovely lovely service from joe and colleagues. They helped me do a finance on my new car and just came collected ready to go. A fantastic and simple procedure with no hiccups. To give me further peace of mind he offered us a free oil service before collecting the car. I can definitely say the car is in great working order and my daughter really happy. I was recommended golden motors by a family friend. A big thank you to Joe he certainly is a car enthusiast. Buying a used car is stressful but they really made it an enjoyable and relaxed experience. I have 2 kids and really needed a knowledgeable approach with what car to go with including the safety features and size. I went for a wonderful Audi Q3 the car was already prepped for the road ready to drive off. Joe was patient throughout the process and actually took the time to teach me how to use the tech side. My overall experience with Golden Motors has been fantastic and will pass on the recommendation.

I bought a c class in oct 21they deliver in the evening they said is got warranty but was lying..had problems with nox sensors after 3 mounts..t bonne arm noisy .they don't wann now anything..they said to put some wd40..never again to the small dealer like that

I bought Nissan qashqai from this people they sold me car with engine problem car needs new engine they don’t want to know they refused to repair it I paid £12000 for car they trying to be nice with you when you buy from them but when you tell them issues they don’t want to know so guys my advice to you all don’t go to them they are professional cheaters and dodge motor company

I advise do not use this car dealership! They are frauds and cons! They sold me a car with a faulty engine and tried to keep on passing the buck!!! Jo in particular tries to talk circles around people and forward them to the warrenty who offer no help at all! Please goto a reputable company as this company is truly run by cowboys and is no good!

Bought faulty car for which majority of repair bill had to cover by myself (have also bought 5 star warranty). Not a support, but blame that I shouldn't drive car which faulty

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership over the last few years and cannot speak highly enough of them. Lovely family run business. The cars are always well presented. The showroom is spotless, and Joe and Jennifer are really lovely to deal with. I have recommended people to them who have also had the same pleasant experience as myself.

I would highly recommend AGAINST buying a car from Golden motors, run by a bunch of cowboys - Joe in particular, he is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! I bought a car back in December'21 and had a number of issues from then, from him filling out the wrong details on the V5C form (confirmed by the DVLA) and waiting 3 months to be bale to drive the car, from them erasing errors coming up on the dashboard such as engine lights, Joe also confirmed when I purchased the car in December that he has ordered 2 bolts (from Germany apparently, yet everyone else I have spoken to car get the same parts in within a few days) for a bonnet malfunction and despite me chasing a number of times he just ignores my messages and 5 months down the line i still haven't received these parts. When i have spoken to him a month ago he would palm everything off on the warranty company that actually don't cover anything, so all in all he is useless and would never buy a car from him again. Awful customer service and poor attitude.
