Bought a car last month. First impressions were great however the day I picked the car up and went motorway speeds (test drive was local) problems arose. They did take the car back 1week later but didn't manage to rectify the faults. Lots of calls with empty promises to fix by x,y and z dates, still waiting. Now my calls are ignored and emails never replied to. Very frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately it's now the long road of getting legal assistance. Their after sales is none existent.
I didnt expect it to be 100% and perfect but there has been a few problems that should have been sorted pre sale. Couldnt believe the things that went wrong so soon, worked on the car myself to fix but shouldnt have to do this. At the same time I didnt go back to the dealer to sort.
