Disappointing again
Just left bury VW after my second service on my service plan. There was a fault with the battery in the fob, I was told the technician had diagnosed as “not being VW batteries” but the problem started before the batteries were changed. A days diagnosis would be needed if the battery replacement isn’t the cure. On bookin* the car in for service I was told by a nice lady that there was a complimentary wash and hoover service included, I explained that last time I brought the car in it must have been overlooked because it didn’t get done, she sounded surprised and guess what yes it hasn’t been touched again, and still has the outstanding key fob problem. Do not listen to all the promises made by VW bury , they dont deliver, not everybody’s fault but there is an obvious problem here.
