No trust in bmw
Nitemare service told 2018 car needed brake service so booked car in i told them that i had a service contract with them they told me i would have to pay and take it up with customer service Picked car up noticed a mark on front bumper do phone them back up they said bring car back they had car for 4/5days they phoned me to say car was ready so picked car up I only got round the corner when lights came on to say i had a flat tyre took car back told them i was not happy they had not checked car before handing back they found a nail in it so i went half on one tyre and paid for another one so didn't have uneven tyres on same axle Afeer all this i got in touch with customer service they said nothing to do with them its the garages responsibility have an email from BMW Warrington saying i should get 1 brake service and 2 services with my plan But now they have gone all quiet terrible service never to be recommended
