Herts and Essex Motor Company Ltd misled me about numerous things when I bought a car from them. When I asked to return the car, they became rude and even cut me off a few times. They are happy to lie to sell a car, but when it comes to returns, you have to deal with the director who is nowhere to be seen and can apparently only be contacted by email, but never replies to emails. It is obvious this is just a method to shift responsibility. This company was formerly known as Elite Prestige. Just read up on the reviews of that company.
