A welcome experience

What can I say. Initially I was very weary about going to any dealer as my knowledge about cars while not limited wouldn’t be a match for a dealer and so I was expecting to be getting the hard sell. With Highlanders that was far from the case. The collection of cars in their stock is great which did make me rethink for a moment on what I wanted and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by a member of the sales team who immediately showed me their range. He got the vehicles I wanted to look at out for me and left me to it to inspect and play around without badgering me to try make a sale which in my mind is a massive plus. Even during the sale I felt at ease with zero pressure to buy. On collection of the vehicle it was in immaculate condition and an opportunity to inspect the vehicle before being allowed to take it away is welcome. All in all when it comes to buying a new car in the future I’ll definitely be checking these guys first.
