DO NOT BUY DROM THIS COMPANY (HERES WHY).......This company starts of as a reliable company that appears to be very helpful and wants to help with any issues arising and then as soon as you have anything serious wrong with the car and tell them they promise to ring you back and then ignore all calls and even pretend that the person you are speaking to is new there and will get back to you when they have spoken to someone who can help and then call you back (which didn't happen). I purchased my car in January and at first I thought It was a great buy until I took it to a bmw garage to be told that it had the incorrect wheels on the back of the car that could have serious repercussions on many aspects of the car! I rung the dealership and told them and after a few days they got back to me and said that I needed to take the car down to a garage that they use in Fareham, which I thought initially was normal as the car was under warrenty. However once the car was done (supposedly with nearly new tyres) I didn't really think to do more then glance at them as I was late for getting my kids from school and tbh I don't know much about tyres anyway so I thought oh okay that's been done and was happy so I took the car. A few weeks later I noticed the back of the car was sliding in the wet weather so I thought that it was just the road being slippery and thought no more of it. However when it was dry and hot weather the car was still sliding around roundabouts so I had a friend take a look at it and what he showed me after taking the tyres off appalled me! The tyres were so illegal that the wire was actually showing through them. Having found that he then checked the brakes to find that they were totally worn and had never been checked prior to me buying the car or after when the garage had supposedly done a check of the car! When my husband phoned the garage he was told by the person that answered the phone was new and he'd speak to someone and they'd call us back. However after a few weeks of constantly trying to ring them and various we'll call you backs I decided to send an email to the owner of the company! The owner called me back straight away and I explained that we'd tried to call several times but he had new staff that was going to pass on the message obviously hadn't and to my surprise he told me that he had no new staff and insinuated that I was lying. Having then told him that I was sick of the way they were passing the buck he told me that they wouldn't be dealing with the cat as that was what the warrenty was for (which they never gave us when purchasing the car). So obviously I was concerned about this as they had previously taken the car into a garage which I assumed was associated with the warrenty otherwise why use it if you've already paid for a warrenty elsewhere (bit strange). I was however (after a further month) emailed the warrenty that had expired a couple of days before they emailed it to me. This obviously was underhand as I contacted them 2 months before the warrenty run out which leads me to believe this was done purely out of spite or an unwillingness for them to shell out anymore money. Whatever the reason I would strongly urge anyone who has any thoughts of buying from this company to seriously reconsider. And also do some research as they were previously called something different at the beginning of January last year and after buying the car I looked at the reviews and they were also full of people who felt they had been ripped off also! Sorry for the rant but please be aware and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I've been dealing with Andy at Hill Head Car Sales, he's been helpful and I'm happy with the service. There are still ongoing issues with the car but they've been good so far taking car of the repairs. I've been well taken care of so far and hopefully we can get the car perfect.

I had a similar problem with ongoing issues with my car which initially they seemed more then keen to help with and then surprisingly when I had a more serious issue they waited until after the supposed warrenty expired (which I never received) until they emailed me it after it had expired 2 months after I told them about the problem with the car! Be very careful when dealing with these people and check any work they do because I found out to my detriment that they are shady and underhand and use a garage that seriously put the lives of mine and my children's lives at risk by putting in illegal tyres that caused us to fishtail and nearly crash. And on top of that they have us a replacement car whilst they were supposedly fixing mine that wasn't insured to drive as a hire car!
Ok, so having dealt with many car salesman over the years, most of them pretty dodgy to say the least, buying a car from Hill Head Car Sales was like a breath of fresh air! I saw the car on Autotrader but, initially disregarded it as it was over 200 miles away. I eventually decided that this was the one for me. Buying a car sight unseen was a first for me and I had obvious reservations. All was done over the internet and phone including a decent part-ex offer as well. I drove down to collect it, wondering if I'd made the biggest mistake of my life. No need to worry. The car was all ready for me, serviced and talented and I found, after the drive home, completely faultless. I think I struck very lucky here in choosing to buy from this dealer and would heartily recommend them anytime.
