I think the most important part of customer service is how issues/niggles are addressed and dealt with. I had a slight problem with my Mercedes shortly after buying and it was address, resolved and back to me within a matter of days. I was highly impressed with the level of care and aftersales service I received. Raqib was a real help when buying he was clued up and always knew the information I wanted. The car is a dream to drive, I'm chuffed with it. I highly recommend.

Very sound experience with Hilton, I am over the moon with my Merc, it is a cracking car and drives soundly. The lads at the dealership were sound as well, really nice blokes. I have already recommended to my mates and would definitely use them again!

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Hilton to anybody looking to buy a new car, when I recently used them to buy my A5 every single person I spoke to was helpful and kind, they did everything they could for me. The car is absolutely perfect not a single thing to fault!

Really pleased with my Beemer. It is really nice and much better than I expected. The staff were sweet to deal with they answered anything that I asked and made it really streamline. They provided nothing less than a 5 star service and I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a Toyota here and I'm over the moon with it. Its in really good condition for a second hand car. I had a friendly and helpful salesman and everybody else I met was pleasant too. I would buy another car here in the future...

Professional dealership and straight forward process buying a great new car. I bought an Audi A4 from Hilton and what superb staff they have, they made buying a car very easy and stress free. I can give no less than 5/5 and I recommend anyone to visit them.

Absolutely no trouble, Danyal was a top lad, all the guys were fair enough with me, it was good service and I was happy with how it all panned out. I bought a Range Rover Sport and the car is sound, very pleased. Would buy again and no problems in recommending to others.
