Poor communication
I bought a new XC60 from Holdens Volvo , Norwich. The car has been in the garage for the same fault 7 times and still no further forward with solving the issue. I find the front of desk staff helpful when you initially book in but poor in keeping me informed. I have now twice tried to speak to the general manager to discuss and without success. Holdens say they pride themselves on customer service, well I have found the opposite.
