This is the second car I've leased from HCL, and I decided to come back to them because there's nobody better. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding., and that applies to both the initial enquiry stage AND throughout the lease contract. Someone's always on the other end of the phone for anything you might need, and they answer straight away...no huge waiting times of 45mins+ on hold!! I say that because my husband's leased a car through a different provider & he's had a terrible experience, so this just reaffirms how good HCL are. They got me into a new car before my contract came to an end, and ensured it got delivered the same day my old one was collected - Completely stress free! If you're looking for a company who you can trust wholeheartedly, lease a car from HCL. We wouldn't go anywhere else, and my husband can't wait to make the switch!
