How nice to have a brilliant experience when buying a used car. Bought a Honda Accord estate from Howards Used Car Centre in Yeovil. It was in good condition at a fair price with a 6 month RAC warranty. Unfortunately after 4 months the electronic tailgate stopped working resulting in not being able to open the tailgate at all. Contacted Howards who contacted the RAC only to be told this was not covered by the 6 months warranty. This, however was not an issue for Howards who took it upon themselves to have it fixed (whilst providing us with a courtesy car) totally at their own expense. No fuss, no arguments. In all fantastic customer service, highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Clearly second hand car dealers with a conscience.
