Worst dealership ever
I have had Landrovers for over twenty five years and have used dealerships from Derbyshire to Hampshire for services etc, I have used this dealership three times never again. First time was 2020 service said my Range Rover needed a computer update when I got my Range Rover back my sat nav and other items was not working I range Inchcape who asked me to take it back in two weeks time I refused and wanted this rectifying immediately they did but we did not get our Range Rover back until 7pm shocking. Last year everything was OK. This year booked the RangeRover in for a service and told them our aircon was not working properly we also asked for a courtesy car 🚗 as normal this was early May for the 21st of June hen we arrived we was told that they had no courtesy cars available but the would get us a cab back to Cromer and back we agreed, at 11.48 that day we received a call stating that they would need to take our bumper of to fix the air conditioning at over £300 I agreed heard nothing the rest of the day, range Inchcape at about 5pm was told this would not be fixed today but would get the car in first thing. I had a look at my intouch app at 1pm my Range Rover had not been moved since 11.48 the previous day I was not happy rang Inchcape to be told the person that deals with air conditioning had phoned in sick? They still have my car I have no vehicle no communication from them and I have to return back to Derbyshire to my mothers funeral next week I will never use these people again absolutely disgusting.
