Seller seemed disinterested. Took a couple of times of asking to see service documents before we got to saw them, door handle missing from driver side door (no mentioned in post). Car also ran out of fuel on test drive! Rear brakes sounded bad and was not mentioned on post either, when looking at service documents I noticed an 'Attention' warning for the rear brakes from the previous year. Engine bay was not tidy and other cars in compound looked to have some nasty scratches as well ! Car had been listed for a while, but was clearly cleaned for the pictures and then not stored correctly. Drove 100mile round trip for viewing - Personally will avoid again.

Before purchasing my car, everything was fine wit Imiles in regards to communication. When i went and viewed the car i noticed there was a massive crack in the windscreen, as well as a weird noise coming from the fan belt. These issues were not listed on the advertisement. After flagging these issues they were rectified! As soon as the full payment was made the dealer didn't seem interested in any further questions about the car. I had a system light come up on my dashboard and contacted the dealer to resolve under the 3 month warranty that was sold with the car. He said he posted & e-mailed the policy documents which wasnt the case. After several attempts to get the information i needed to resolve the issue, he finally gave me the name of the company. I later found out from the company, the car wasnt registered to them. He lied multiple times and refused to accept my calls or respond to messages. Avoid doing business with him, the website has been shut down and premises moved not sure where!

Hi, Just came across your review and I'm sorry you had that trouble. I've had a lot of similar trouble with a company calling themselves Smith's Autos, they say they have a registered office in Harrow but nothing is listed. I wondered if we could exchange information? Regards, Steve.
28 days since buy this car as £1000 fault paid £90150. Tried to contact Imiles in Harrow but they have moved site no address on website, mobile number not answering and have blocked my emails. I have complained and will take matter to small courts.
