I recently purchased a car from JA Motors, and I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to avoid them at all costs. My friend in Preston also had a similar nightmarish experience with them.Within just ten days of owning the car, the engine suddenly failed, despite minimal mileage. When I reached out for assistance as the car was supposed to be under warranty, I was met with aggression, hostility, and complete refusal to take responsibility for the car's malfunction. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable.I had no choice but to sell the car as scrap for a significant financial loss. It's evident that JA Motors uses deceptive practices and their claims of providing warranties are outright lies.Please, for your own sake, steer clear of JA Motors.
