Avoid at all costs, I purchased a van from the salesman Zack who delivered a vehicle with higher mileage and several issues, which he tried to deny. Upon looking more into it myself it seems they sell lots of vehicles with the different pictures to the one you are buying to make it seems you are buying a decent vehicle, suggesting a pattern of misleading sales practices. Despite numerous attempts to contact Zack, which is almost impossible as he avoid your calls after he sells you the vehicle (with reception providing inconsistent information about his availability, stating he was away for a couple of days upon calling again an hour later from a different number he answered it himself without knowing). I have been stuck with the vehicle for two weeks without a refund. The offer of a £250 compensation with was insulting and the expectation for me to return the vehicle at my own expense, despite receiving a completely different vehicle, is unacceptable. Zack’s response to my complaints has been unprofessional and dismissive. Repeated efforts to contact customer service and management have gone unanswered. I am now compelled to seek resolution through trading standards and legal action. Please be wary to avoid similar distress and inconvenience.
