Amazing experience

My experience buying a car here was very good, I love my new car and everything was straightforward but the real test is when something goes wrong. My car developed a coolant leak over Christmas and it was still covered by the handler protect warranty so I texted her to ask if it would be covered. Despite having had flu and still recovering he asked me to bring it over and he had a look at it and quickly detected the issue. It was unfortunate not covered by the warranty as it was classed as wear and tear but he offered to sort it out for the cost of the parts. He drove to pick up the part needed fitted it and filled it with coolent which took over an hour and yet didn't charge for any of this and handed me back additional money I'd given him(if fact he only charged me £30 and the parts were just over that) If I'd had to pay for a garage it would have cost a fortune and I'm sure this would have been the case if I'd got the car almost anywhere else as I'd had it 6 months. Hopefully the issue is sorted now and I'm incredibly grateful and he was so helpful.
