REVIEW MADE AVAILABLE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER BEFORE POSTING. Here is the review I am proposing, please feel free to contradict any element:- Purchased a 10 year VW Polo with 63000 miles for £5350 in October 2021. This came with 12 months MOT and I thought it would give me trouble free motoring for the next 12 months. Unfortunately, a promised oil change was not undertaken, necessitating a 140 mile round trip. Subsequently, I realised that the ride was not correct but despite returning the car, a fault could not be found. I began to lose confidence in Jefferies & when further issues arose during the 3 month warranty period, I did not return to seek rectification. The air con needed re-gassing (cost £50.25) and still outstanding are faults with slow punctures & the handbrake. After 7 months use and only a further 2500 miles, a suspension coil spring has broken requiring a fix costing £235. Regrettably therefore, I have to record that I did not receive a quality product from or service from Jefferies Car Centre.
