I feel for people who have had a bad experience but can only speak from my own I bought a car from this company a month ago, Gary seemed friendly enough on arrival although at times I think he would benefit from some customer service training. I stupidly did not read the reviews before I bought the car, had I had done so I would have given it a wide birth. I am glad I never though as it has turned out well for me. I found Tracey to be very polite and friendly as well as efficient. After I collected the car and reading previous reviews I took it to have a thorough examination. I was told it looked like it had not been serviced (which I was told it was going to have) but that wasn't a major problem easily sorted, on further examination it looks like I have a very good car. I then paid for a full service, cam belt and water pump change as that had not been done for some time. I am really happy with the car I bought, it has everything I need and more. It came with a gold warranty (24 months) again after reading reviews I checked with the warranty company to make sure it had been set up and it had. Because they could not deliver my car and I had to collect it Tracey kindly paid my road tax for the year. I have had the car a month now with no problems and can honestly say I am very happy.
