Terrible customer service!
I bought a car from John Stuart Motor Company on 5th June. All smiles and helpful initially. I drove the car 2 hours home and the red engine management light came on. The manual stated not to drive it any further. I rang the company and was told it had gone into limp mode and to call back the next day if still problems. The next day same problem I have tried to reject the car as per consumer rights act 2015 (short notice right to reject) and was told I had to give them the opportunity to fix it though this is not the case as per the act! I was put through to several salesmen one of whom was very aggressive then finally Billy the sales Director who told me he hadn't decided what he was going to do and it's the MD's decision who had literally just stepped on a plane for a few days and not available!! I am left without the use of a car and no resolution! They won't reply to my emails and I cannot speak to any decision makers despite there being a Director on site?!!! Poor poor customer service!! Very disappointed
