Bought a vehicle over the phone with a tear in the back seat , got told a brand new seat would be fitted, after a day off work and 4 hours on a train, got there and had an old second hand seat fitted, which was marked, dishonest dealings from these people , don’t trust

There was a minor delay getting the car ready as I was switching over a private plate but to the dealerships credit they kept in touch along the way so I wasn't left in the dark, the man I dealt with at Jordans Cars was a total professional and I wouldn't hesitate dealing with him again in the future.

Very quick and easy process, I was in and out in no time and the car is excellent. They've been in touch since to check up on the car which is top notch customer care in my opinion.
