I paid a deposit on a car that was promised in writing that I would get back if I didn’t like the car, when I got there, the car was damaged. I said I wanted my deposit back and he refused saying I offered to pay for the damage. I work in vehicle sales so know how it works. I am now currently going through the small claims to get my £1000 back. Matt and Adam are the same person. The court papers have been signed by R.Wilson who was never involved.
