Great Customer Service

So excited, picked up my new Kia Picasso from Ken Browns in Stevenage this morning. Great Customer service experience from Ranj. From the time I first walked into the showroom to picking up the car today, Ranj was so helpful, honest and patient. Nothing was too much trouble, he even gave me a quick overview of features and how to use them and also sent an email with a video of the car before i picked it up today. Thank you for all your help Ranj and to the other staff who made coffees! Thoroughly recommend this lovely family run garage if looking for a new car. I look forward to many happy years of driving my new car.
