Terrible service & Faulty cars
Wow! Yet another bad review for Kent Motoring World! Staff are rude and very forceful. We were forced to sign the invoice before even test driving the car. This business is built on selling faulty cars by using as many lies as they can. The warranty they offer is completely useless. Max £250.00 payout with a £100.00 excess that doesn’t cover you for any realistic car problems. Forget trying to call them for help after purchase they simply are not interested even hanging up on me! We checked the car as much as was possible only to find the day after purchase that the car had a serious safey issue (No working sidelights or reverse lights) an issue we didn’t think to check seeing as the car supposedly had a genuine fresh MOT. The car had a serious electrical fault that cost over £500.00 to fix. (New body control module that the dealer said they fixed) The exhaust then broke in half the day after that had clearly been bodged together to pass a dodgy MOT. So far we have spent nearly £1000.00 in under a month just to make this car roadworthy. This car dealer could be brilliant. The management are just lying money grabbers. It a shame really.
