Annoyed!
We bought a used car from your salesman Simon at your Rayleigh branch on Wednesday 21/04/21. When we took the car for a test drive the fuel gauge was literally on empty, when completing the paperwork for buying the car Simon said that he’d make sure the car had a full tank of petrol upon collecting on Wednesday 28/04/21. My wife had a phone calls from Simon both Monday & Tuesday trying to sell her insurance. I rang your Rayleigh branch Tuesday afternoon to speak to Simon but was told he wasn’t in the branch so I spoke to a young lady & told her we didn’t want insurance as we were staying with our current provider. Obviously Simon didn’t like the fact we didn’t take him up on the insurance because when my wife collected the car the fuel gauge was just above empty, just enough for her to get home. He also mentioned the car was free to tax but when my wife taxed it yesterday she had to pay £30. Not happy, won’t be returning & won’t be referring anybody to Steven Eagell.
