ust had my Mercedes car back post investigating what i thought was post service issues. Not a smooth experience as had to grovel and justify my purpose of visit.Despite being escalated to senior level ( so i was told by the booking team) no knowledge of my problems. The technician ( Akhil Davis)who dealt with me was fine and doing his job but the customer service experience was not one to be desired, not to the level one would expect from a prestigious brand such as Mercedes. I suggest Mercedes Leicester try and learn customer relations tips from Mercedes, Loughborough or even Audi, BMW and Volkswagen. Not a pleasant visit.

Lewis Davis has been absolutely amazing..within the space of a week, after detailing my requirements, he was able to source the perfect car which was 100% to my specifications. He provided a personal service and was at hand for any questions and queries. I would recommend this dealership and Lewis for any of your car requirements. Hey Mercedes , I was only in for a spare part and was welcomed by a lovely lady called Kelly who showed me round and couldn’t believe how far advanced the designs and technology in all the ranges. My Mercedes sadly will be handed down to my son and I am coming back in for a CLA which she said she also had. I thought it was just sales talk but she went out of her way to show me hers which was lovely and shiny black model as there wasn’t another black one in there. Thanks for showing yours to me Kelly and all the knowledge and explaining how the cars now talk to you. I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle, paid cash, promised a service before collection.... not done. No after sales at all! Car been off the road at dealership a total of 69 days since purchase. Asked for refund and they want to include the "loan car" period..... SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. I would 100% NOT recommend this dealership, no wonder they've only got 3.5*** and ranked #61 out of 120, that's just under 50%! Wow! Defo recommend going elsewhere
