AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! WORTH THE READ! Told we’d get a refund, made up excuses, resold the vehicle and still no refund! 2 lots of money recieved for 1 vehicle. Scammers at heart! All they want is to put their hands in your back pocket and get whatever they can from you. £5995 taken from us altogether. We’ve had an extremely bad experience with these guys and are aware of others that have been in similar situations. We went to view a car back in June 2020 which we had previously put a deposit on the weekend before as he said it’s going to go and how good of a condition it is in. When we went to view the car, Jay said they’re getting the roof sprayed or wrapped (our preference) as it wasn’t ready to be sold yet. They also agreed to complete some spray jobs on the car to remove rust, key marks and chips but we had to pay full money. We did pay the full money with the agreement of these jobs being carried out, they seemed very genuine, nice, helpful, friendly people. They literally acted too friendly! We were meant to receive the car a few weeks later, this got postponed 3/4 times and collection got delayed by a month and half! it was a mission trying to get hold of these guys on multiple occasions, not answering phone calls or texts it was like a chase! We were messed around lots! It came to collecting the car and they had done an awful job!! They had scraped the front bumper underneath the car, chipped the tyres, nail polished parts of the bonnet to hide chips, they sprayed the car a different shade of orange on multiple parts of the vehicle and added black wrap and spray on parts of the car they’d messed up on (which wasn’t wanted by the customer). We spoke to the people they had the job done by and they said Leo’s had asked for the cheapest job to be done as they couldn’t afford it and just hide the dodgy bits with black spray or black wrap. Why offer something you can’t afford? They agreed to complete a refund of the car as it was not satisfactory or what we had previously viewed. The refund wouldn’t work on their machines and told us they’d try again after the weekend. Went home and rang back, still couldn’t apparently carry it out as “our worldpay machine is down” they kept saying they’ll ring and sort it out. We were chasing to get our money back for a vehicle that is in their hands. They said they cannot give us our money back as “worldpay are holding our funds”, they sent us emails from worldpay of how they’re in debt of £24.5k. They refused to give our money back through any other way yet were still selling and receiving money from customers. They kept saying “go to your bank and ask them to give it you back”. It was always the next day with them, “we will sort it out tomorrow for you” WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES!! They had no intention of giving us our money back! Leo’s motors then went on to re-advertise the vehicle on the forecourt, then resell the vehicle that we had bought, didn’t tell us and kept the money. So they had now received 2 lots of payment for this vehicle and still apparently couldn’t give us our refund! How can they sell a vehicle that in theory had been sold to somebody else already??? I have photographed everything from these guys! We have the emails of them showing us their debt with worldpay and avoiding payment! They don’t know anything about their vehicles! We were also promised a service being completed, he couldn’t provide any proof of paperwork when asked, jay lifted the bonnet, tested the oil and said “yea oils dead black so it’s had a service”, now anyone would know that fresh oil is a browny colour. These guys became very aggressive and defensive over the phone, causing me and my pregnant girlfriend a lot of stress! We had to be very careful with how we said things because they said 14 days for a refund to go through then said you are not getting a refund and then blamed it on their debt. They refused all types of refund and we had to go down other routes through banks and specialists! Still to this day they wouldn’t have gave us a refund. The worst experience we have ever had and will not be revisiting or encouraging anyone else to! My message to anyone thinking about going here is to avoid avoid AVOID!!

Steer well clear, completely unprofessional, took a deposit from me for a vehicle that didn't exist an held it for six weeks. When they finally admitted they couldn't supply the vehicle they went on to keep the deposit giving me hardship stories about being £12000 overdrawn and struggling to pay the bills. Forget what it says on the site about them being honest trustworthy etc. Steer clear, they will put their hands in your back pockets and try to take what they can.

Excellent, friendly and honest customer service. The guys make you feel comfortable and not pressured. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped in every way possible. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Very happy

Bought a car under covid 19 epademic and as such could not view car first,as such purchased the car without viewing after the car was promptly delivered and after my examination ,the car was not to my expectation, phones Leo's. and without any hesitation they come back and collected the car after which I received a full refund of my money and just like to thank them for there services specially under difficult circumstances .

Thank you for the sale and service you provided for my daughters car. She is so happy with her VW Polo.I know she is going to have a safe and reliable car for the foreseeable future.thanks again to all Concerned at Leo’s motors.
