A Masterclass in Dishonesty /Disrespect,
If there was an option for zero stars, it would be more than fitting for the service I received at LMC Trade Centre. I was interested in a Toyota Auris listed by them, so I set up an appointment for the very next working day. I made it abundantly clear that I was undertaking a hefty journey from Bristol, which would take me 5 hours by bus. Despite this information, they gave me the impression that the car would be available upon my arrival. When I finally reached the dealership, I was met with the shocking news that the car had already been sold. I received no call, no email, no text – nothing to suggest that the car I was travelling miles for had been sold out from under me. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to claim it was my fault for not paying a deposit, a requirement that had never been mentioned during our previous conversations! This was a bold-faced lie, and it added a whole new level of deception to their lack of professionalism. Their blatant disregard for my time, their dishonesty, and their lack of basic respect is a testament to their unscrupulous business practices. This was not just about a car sale anymore; it was about the principle of honesty, respect, and the decency one expects when dealing with a reputed business. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with LMC Trade Centre to think twice. Their questionable ethics, dishonesty, and dismal customer service should not be rewarded. It's a dark day when a business feels no remorse about lying to its customers, wasting their time, and treating them with such contempt. In the arena of car dealerships where trust, honesty, and respect should be the pillars, LMC Trade Centre is a glaring exception. They are not worth your time or your hard-earned money. Please take your business to a dealership that values and respects its customers.
