They actually only good at washing your car after service, I don't even think they do any service, so maybe they only wash the car, Done my service with them January 2023,only now found our that they didn't enter the service into the online system, I've just visited them, they explained that yes it was thier fault, but they cant do anything about it, they lady was so rude, and advised me to try emailing Land Rover head office and explain, She gave me a print out of the service, which I already have, but she explained that she can't update it online. I realized that no filters were replaced, no oils changed, no service was actually done, only a good wash. I will take this complaint to whomever I can to get my service updated online as that's what we pay for.
