We bought car on 3rd July as soon as we left your premises this started mis firing, then again, We took this back, and the fault was digitally corrected. Again, when I took this, it had a fault and Aziz said to go and have the diagnostics completed from a known company. Again, which we did, and he still refused to acknowledge the defects or to provide options to correct them. Also said he would refund me if I provided the diagnostic, again he refused. Also, I told him on that day that the car isn’t driving at all and he again no concern of how your customer has been mistreated. They had known the car had defects before you sold this as this should have passed the MOT. The MOT was fraudulent. I am your customer, and they should give me my money pay within 30 days which they aren’t acknowledging. These are the facts. No fully service history Vehicle is not of satisfactory quality or worthy to drive. Unsafe to drive on the road. This is a safety concern. Fraudulent MOT knowing tyres were bulging and other defects Halfords had raised and said this shouldn’t have passed the mot. Overall, they never keep to their word, and acknowledge that they sold a car knowing it was faulty. Since we bought this, we have been complaining to you and they aren’t acknowledging the faults however keeps on sending messages and communication but never go through or keep to what you are saying. Conclusion is you have sold a faulty car and I should be refunded fully. Please don’t trust what they say because they don’t keep their word. Fraud and scammers.
