Beware of this "M3 Motors", read this if you don't want to be ripped off. NEVER buy a car from them you will be so disappointed. At the first contact they are lovely, they will promise you everything just to give them money. Based on their overall review total score it seems they are good honest dealer but they are not! When you buy a car which is in good condition you will give them 5 stars but when you buy a car with poor condition there is a different story. I bought a car which was delivered, I have never seen it ( yes I know dum, but I was on rush i needed car ). I was promise that everything will be great with the car...This car never should pass a MOT! So many thing wrong, when I called them they told me do you repairs and we will refund...never happened ! After 10 weeks Still waiting for Log book, no warranty its a scam. Now they are not answering calls... telling bad service. They are so wrong, so doggy. This was my worst experience ever! Mot center reported to DVLA and Police.
M3 Motors from M3 Motors Ltd in response to Avoid M3 Motors
Hi Arek, we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We are a proud member of the Motor Ombudsman accreditation scheme, ensuring we operate to the highest standards of service and offering peace of mind for customers. If you have purchased your vehicle from M3 Motors, we respectfully request you to check our Complaints section on the invoice. Complaints can be made and received in a variety of ways; but we ask that complaints be submitted in writing, so that the details of the complaint are clear and complete. If you did speak to someone, these would have been our salesman. They only deal with sales and not complaints. We fail to understand the relationship between purchasing a used vehicle and then reporting us to the DVLA and Police because the vehicle is allegedly purchased in poor condition. This is a civil matter and not a criminal matter. If we can help you with anything in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact us. We have checked our records and no complaint was made against your vehicle registration number. Many thanks, M3 Motors
M3 Motors sold a duff car, refused to repair it, asked for more money to bring it up to advertised standard, ignored consumer law and then refused to pay the fine imposed by a Court. I eventually got my cash back after the Surrey Court baliffs paid them a visit. In the meantime the AA have withdrawn their endorsement and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a car from M3 motors to think again. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM OR THEIR ADVERTS.
M3 Motors from M3 Motors Ltd in response to AVOID
Hi Michael, we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We explained to you that after 30 days, if the vehicle is found to be defective, based on your second tier of rights, you may only be awarded a rejection if we have exhausted our “one shot” at repair. We refused to carry out a repair because the fault was not fundamental enough (new coil pack was required). In fact, we explained that wear and tear or normal deterioration is your responsibility - a new coil pack is unlikely to make your used car worthy of a refund or a repair as it’s a relatively quick, cheap and relatively easy fix. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to contribute 50% of this repair beyond what the law requires. You were abusive and we received malicious communication by email. We strongly refute your comments about a “Court order” and/or a “Surrey Court bailiff”. The substance of your complaint is not worthy of a court action. Many thanks, M3 Motors
in al paid for a car and days later engine management lights came on, luckily i took the car away as i was in a hurry and noticed the lights on day 2. took to garage for mot and decided to pay the extra for a full service. car stayed in the garage for over a week until resolved was told mot pass but back brake light was faulty....this should of been enough of a warning for me, car looked and felt fine. 3 weeks later i sit here now broken down again, engine management lights on again and the car is a joke. no service history at all and i will avoid forever. please dont use m3 motors.

Hi Mr H, thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear this. EML illuminating was due to loose petrol filler cap. One common cause of an air leak into – or out of – the petrol tank, is through a fuel filler cap that doesn’t properly seal. This is one of the cheapest-to-fix faults that can possibly trigger an EML, with a replacement fuel filler cap often costing less than a tenner. We explained that normal service replacement items that are subject to routine maintenance or periodic repair / replacement, and other components are your responsibility. If we can help you with anything in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact us. Many thanks, M3 Motors
ZERO STARS - Do not - repeat - DO NOT use M3 Motors!!! Bought a car for almost 8k which started falling apart literally a week after getting it home. Quoted at main dealership of needing over 2k's worth of work on it. Despite 'apparently' having a brand new MOT (no advisories) and service. They have refused our LEGAL right to reject the car and we are subsequently taking them to court. Save yourself the time, expense and headache!! Wish we had! Untrustworthy and rude people.

Hi there. Have you been able to get your money back yet? They're attempting to dissolve the company. Anyone they're still in debt to needs to file an objection with Companies House.
M3 Motors don't keep there word . the worst company i have ever come a cross . DO NOT DO Business with them. con artist you leave the car with them to service and repair. and when you come back early to see how they are getting on and the car is still in the same place you have left it. and then you get told that the mechanic is still on holiday. and that i can get it fixed some were else and that they would pay for it . i would'nt do that as i didnt trust them . so had a heated conversation with the salesman who refused to come to the garage to sort it out. but did send two muscle men to see me off the property, they said send us the bill and they would pay for parts and labour for repairs. have text them three times but they dont reply ...... STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE.
I did not have the option of zero stars, which is unfortunate but if I had my way M3 Motors would get minus 10 stars. Bought a car from them and were promised that the car would be serviced, there would be a 1 year MOT and there would be a 3 month warranty. There were a few issues that they agreed would be rectified before taking delivery. Well this was not done at time of collection. The next collection date was also not met and on the third attempt they had done the corrections. The service book was requested but we were told that they would post this to us. Will to date despite numerous requests this has still not been received. The day after collection a dash warning light came on. In looking at the manual it said that the car must not be driven. The car was taken to dealer to have a look at the issue. The dealer issued a diagnostic report that was very alarmi9ng. There were a number of very serious issues with the car which made the vehicle unsafe to drive. On reporting this to M3 Motors they disputed the report from the agents. It that point all confidence in reaching a reasonable settlement with M3 Motors was lost. We requested that we return the car for a full refund but they would not agree to this even though it was within 2 weeks of taking delivery. The car was taken to a 3rd garage for another opinion. This garage confirmed what the main dealer had reported in that the car is unsafe to drive and that there were a number of serious faults. There was also undeniable evidence that the car had never been serviced before we took delivery. Again we contacted M3 Motors. They were not prepared to consider us returning the car for a refund. They hung up the phone and would not answer when we tried calling back. They were also not prepared to provide us with the details of any senior manager or director. If this post prevents just 1 person from having the same bad experience then the time that it has taken to write this has been worth it. I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a more dishonest and unethical organisation.

Staff from M3 Motors Ltd in response to AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Hi James, we’re sorry for the experience you had, it doesn't sound like the experience we strive to offer. We have investigated your concerns and can confirm that our aftersales have informed you that the part needed was out of stock at that time and deliveries would take longer for certain models which is beyond our control. We understand that a long wait was frustrating but again the circumstances were beyond our control. In relation to your comments about the service history, we don’t adopt any underhand tactics to disguise the true state of our vehicles and a full-service history was posted as requested (simply this was not available at the point of purchase). In relation to your comments about the reports: the first report was issued by an emergency breakdown assistance company and you acknowledge their terms which clearly states that any repairs undertaken will not be carried out to the standard expected from engineers working in fully equipped workshop premises. The second report was issued by a mobile mechanic who does not have a fully equipped workshop premises, is not an appropriate repairer and not a member of any of the recognised motor repair trade association. The third report was finally accepted, and you received a full refund. We are a proud member of the Motor Ombudsman accreditation scheme, ensuring we operate to the highest standards of service and offering peace of mind for customers. We pride ourselves on great customer service, so your comments will be forwarded to our aftersales to improve the service we deliver to our customers. Many thanks, M3 Motors
M3 Motors do not give you full car history, MOT is not good. They don't get back to you if you have issues with the car no v5 and make up things like they have taken you to police if you talk to them in way they don't like don't waste your money and time because you will not get any answers to what you ask them stay well away !!!!!

Brought a car 4 weeks ago from M3 Motors, still waiting for a key that they promised, still waiting for for service history, still waiting for my v5 (yes I know you said up to 6 weeks) still waiting for my paper work for the years warranty that I paid extra for, they make excuse after excuse about all the stuff they owe, complete liars. Look forward to your excuses, please send me everything I’ve paid for and that I’m entitled to you have signed and stamped to say I will get this stuff. Said they would get the car valated but was only rubbed over with a cloth, think the mot is fake as a few things we found would of definitely been a fail in a trusted garage.

M3 Motors misrepresented the car, sold it in an unsafe condition, refused to make good faults, tried to get extra cash for getting car to advertised standard, refused my rejection of car under consumer rights act. I took them to court & they continued to lie, obstructed justice and lost. They then failed to pay my award. Baliffs, Autotrader, the AA, Trading Standards, DVLA, HMRC and the police all now involved. Avoid at all costs. Dreadful.

Dear Anonymous, we take great care to ensure that our advertising is truthful and not deceptive. We do not provide false information about used vehicles, nor do we withhold information that a reasonable consumer would want or need to know. Also, customer care is at the centre of everything we do, which is why we are proud to be a member of The Motor Ombudsman’s Vehicle Sales code of practice. We are somewhat mystified on what basis you say that we paid your award and Baliffs, Autotrader, the AA, Trading Standards, DVLA, HMRC and the police are involved?
James Herbst in response to Had to take them to Court.
My sister has just bought a car from them. The car has been found to be unsafe to drive. They lied about servicing the car. They have refused to take the vehicle back within 2 weeks of taking delivery. Communication has been non-existent. They have made it clear that they will not do anything to correct the issue.
Timothy Britt Searle in response to Had to take them to Court.
Have you had any success with getting your money back? In the passed couple of days they're applied to dissolve the company. Anyone still owed money needs to send an objection to Companies house with evidence of the debt.
All cars are advertised as non smoker- my car definitely had a smoker driver!!! I asked for my indicator to be fixed as part of a condition of buying the car. It hasn’t been fixed and they will not answer my calls- my car is actually unsafe to drive. My warranty doesn’t cover what they said it would either - complete sales tactic. Worst service ever- wouldn’t recommend M3 Motors in a million years.

Staff from M3 Motors Ltd in response to DO NOT BUY
Dear Alice M, we’re sorry you did not have a positive experience. Just for clarification, not all cars are advertised as non-smoker at M3 Motors. Yes, we clean, valet and deodourise smoker cars as much as we could and this may fade over time. We fail to understand why you purchased a smoker car with a faulty indicator when you had the opportunity to reject your vehicle at the viewing? Evenhow, your statutory rights are not affected. You can email our Complaints to register your concerns. Please be advised that it is very important to read the warranty terms before you sign it.
