My Granddaughter who is still at school and works evenings and weekends to buy and run a car purchased a car in December 2019. There were a number of issues with the car and we were told the car was under warranty and they would be fixed, included in the issues were some electrical faults eg lights and USB port . The car was repaired and as far as we knew all repairs were successful due to the pandemic the car hasn’t been used a lot and now that my Granddaughter has started using it again the USB and other electrical faults started playing up again we took it to a local garage who was unable to repair it and advised us to take it to an electrical repair garage now my Granddaughter has a £920 bill for electrical work that we were told had been done in January as the car is out of warranty this has to be paid for by herself. The car was not cheap for her£4500 and I would definitely not recommend this garage to anyone . We have not been back to tell them as we were made to feel a nuisance even when the car was under warranty.
