Terrible service department
I have a seat 2019 plate with 50,000 miles on it and have always took it to this dealership in Leicester, however for 6 months I kept getting warning light come up with faults on the car and the response from them was unbelievable and basically said I was making it up. The vehicle then kept cutting out and losing power so I took it back again and they didn’t believe me even though I showed them the fault by a picture. So in the end I took it to another seat dealership and the found faults with the engine and said don’t drive it as it dangerous which I had been saying for months. This caused massive issues to me and my business, so I sent an email of complaint and the service manager still hasn’t spoken to me or apologised so I complained to Seat UK and they are not bothered either. I would not recommend Seat as their customer service is shocking like their dealerships. The above issue could have caused an accident to me and my family.
