Rose Jesson shines through
We purchased a Corsa and travelled from from the Midlands to fetch it. We had been promised many things by Ish the salesman. He asked us to collect the car on Oct 31st to help October sales figures. We obliged! Half way into our journey we find via a phone call that the money hadn’t cleared, although Ish said everything was sorted. On arrival we find that Ish had put nothing at all in place that he said was done. This lead to a 3 hour wait for our car whilst Rose ran here, there and everywhere to rectify her colleagues’s errors. There was a minor dent on the car, Rose asked her manager about it. He called it second hand wear and tear-a disappointing attitude. However we had car mats and a charger as a free gift. The dent has been quoted at £350 to repair. Personally, I feel the general manager does need to check more thoroughly what his team are doing as we could have travelled 140 miles for nothing. A dent is disappointing when you’re spending lots of money. This could have been spotted and repaired prior to a sale. If you’re buying a car from there, check it thoroughly and ask for Rose Jesson as she’s the person to deal with you efficiently. Unfortunately some areas of poor management leads me to judge this dealership at 3* only.
