Part exchanged my nearly new A class for their GLA demonstrator , took a month for the V5 to arrived - two prevoius owners ???/ Not being very happy they agreed to the return of the GLA( no qubblle) BUT my own part exchange had sadly been sold.. I was offered a paltry £250 compensation to keep the GLA , I declined this. When purchasing the GLA I took out a service plan initially the term was incorrect , corrected at second attempt but cancelled as I returned the car. monthly DD`s were taken though - Preston are investigating.....still. By way of compensation Marshalls offered a two year free service plan for my new car ( purchased elsewhere ), when the paperwork arrived it was for the car ( GLA ) I returned to them . You could not make this up.
